Job summary

Hitachi Energy Ltd. is seeking a motivated professional with 1–2 years of HR/global mobility experience to support international project workers. You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, Tax, Immigration and business leaders to ensure compliant deployment of employees on international assignments in a fast-paced, multinational setting.

The role emphasizes stakeholder management, strong attention to detail, and clear communication as we support strategic projects worldwide.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of HR/global mobility experience.
• Experience with international assignments and HR operations is preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Attention to detail in a fast-paced, international environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for international assignment processes to Global Mobility and HR teams.
• Coordinate payroll instructions and compensation data with Payroll.
• Prepare assignment paperwork and related documentation.
• Assist with vendor invoices and inquiries related to tax, immigration, and destination services.
• Communicate policies and standards clearly to internal customers.
