Job summary

Velox Electro Europe, a rapidly growing electrical contractor in Leiria, seeks an experienced HR Coordinator – Mobility to manage international postings and compliance across cross-border assignments. You will ensure mobility processes are structured, documented accurately, and aligned with EU and country-specific rules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Law or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR, preferably with a focus on international mobility or cross-border employment.
• Experience developing, implementing and improving HR procedures and processes.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation, HR compliance and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and improve HR mobility policies, procedures and processes.
• Coordinate employee postings and assignments across countries with compliance to immigration and posting laws.
• Manage documentation, registrations, notifications and reporting for international assignments.
• Monitor changes in employment legislation to ensure HR mobility practices remain compliant with EU requirements.
• Ensure compliance with working conditions, equal pay and related policies.
• Coordinate with external advisors and authorities on mobility matters.
• Prepare and consolidate HR reports for headquarters with data accuracy.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation for mobility.
• Support standardization of HR processes across the organization and identify improvements.
• Provide guidance to employees and managers on mobility procedures and requirements.
