Cisco Systems Portugal is seeking a seasoned Logistics Program Manager to orchestrate global product and service flow across 110 countries. You will oversee warehouses, trade lanes, customs brokerage, and transportation, with depots in 71 countries, driving cost optimization and operational excellence.

The role demands strong vendor management, change leadership, and proficiency with logistics software, plus extensive experience in cross-functional programs and AI-enabled logistics solutions.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years in diverse logistics roles.
• Minimum 7 years of general business experience.
• Experience in global cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with logistics software and systems.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects (Agile/Six Sigma/PMP).
• Change management experience and AI tool prompting familiarity.
• Experience with AI-driven logistics solutions.
• Leadership across cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute long-term logistics strategies for growth.
• Oversee large-scale logistics projects from inception to completion.
• Implement robust governance and provide regular financial reporting to executives.
• Lead change management initiatives and internal/external communications for new processes.
• Maintain vendor relationships and ensure SLAs are met.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement lean or tech solutions in distribution and fulfillment.
• Use analytics and supply chain software to monitor KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal departments to align with demand and financial targets.
• Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions.
