Operational Strategic Planning: Develop and execute long‑term logistics strategies to support organizational growth, including network optimization and warehouse capacity planning, customs brokerage and trade solutions.
Program Oversight: Manage large‑scale logistics projects from inception to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet timeline, budget, and quality standards.
Program Governance & Reporting: Implement robust program governance structures to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Provide regular communication of results and detailed financial reporting to executive stakeholders.
Change Management: Lead change management initiatives and oversee internal/external communication strategies to ensure the successful adoption of new logistics processes and technologies.
Vendor Management: Maintain relationships with partners to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met.
