Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Strategic Planning: Develop and execute long‑term logistics strategies to support organizational growth, including network optimization and warehouse capacity planning, customs brokerage and trade solutions.

  • Program Oversight: Manage large‑scale logistics projects from inception to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet timeline, budget, and quality standards.

  • Program Governance & Reporting: Implement robust program governance structures to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Provide regular communication of results and detailed financial reporting to executive stakeholders.

  • Change Management: Lead change management initiatives and oversee internal/external communication strategies to ensure the successful adoption of new logistics processes and technologies.

  • Vendor Management: Maintain relationships with partners to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met.

  • Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the supply chain and implement lean methodologies or technological solutions to streamline distribution and fulfillment processes.

  • Data Analysis: Utilize advanced analytics and supply chain software to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal departments to align with market demand and financial targets.

  • Risk Mitigation: Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions.

Minimum Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in diverse logistics roles.
  • A minimum of 7 years of general business experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in global, cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Demonstrated experience with logistics software and systems.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder projects using methodologies such as Agile, Six Sigma, or PMP.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Change Management principles and application.
  • AI literacy and experience with AI Tool Prompting.
  • Experience with AI‑driven logistics solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading cross‑functional teams and influencing stakeholders without direct reporting authority.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in logistics, distribution, or supply chain management within a corporate environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is highly preferred.
  • Professional certification such as CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) or CLTD (Certified in Logistics, Transportation and Distribution) is a significant asset.
  • In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations, customs compliance, and domestic transportation laws.
  • Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) foundation certification is highly preferred.
  • Strong capabilities in Client Management and relationship building.
  • Familiarity with Cisco Services operations is considered an advantage.
