Cisco is seeking a Logistics Program Manager to orchestrate the seamless flow of products and services across 110 countries. You will oversee warehouses, trade lanes, customs brokerage and transportation, with depots in 71 countries, driving vendor performance, cost optimization, and operational excellence.

You will lead cross-functional teams, implement lean and AI-enabled logistics solutions, and communicate results to executives.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of progressive experience in diverse logistics roles.
• 7+ years of general business experience.
• Global, cross-functional collaboration experience.
• Experience with logistics software and systems.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects using Agile, Six Sigma, or PMP.
• Change Management principles and application.
• AI literacy and experience with AI Tool Prompting.
• Experience with AI-driven logistics solutions.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders without direct reporting authority.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute long-term logistics strategies to support organizational growth, including network optimization and warehouse capacity planning, customs brokerage and trade solutions.
• Manage large-scale logistics projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality.
• Implement robust program governance structures and provide regular communication of results and detailed financial reporting to executives.
• Lead change management initiatives and oversee communications for new processes and technologies.
• Maintain relationships with vendors to ensure SLAs are met.
• Identify bottlenecks in the supply chain and apply lean methodologies or tech solutions to streamline distribution.
• Utilize analytics and supply chain software to monitor KPIs.
• Partner with internal departments to align with market demand and financial targets.
• Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions.
