Hiire is supporting a leading Portuguese technology company, EID, in recruiting a Logistics Administrator to manage inbound/outbound logistics, documentation, and regulatory compliance. The role collaborates with freight forwarders, authorities and internal teams to ensure smooth import/export operations.

You will assist in licensing and documentation for international trade, maintain accurate records, and contribute to process improvements in a dynamic, regulated environment.

Qualificações

• Experience in logistics, administration or import/export operations.
• Familiarity with international shipping documentation.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask.
• Good communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and English.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities and ensure smooth documentation flow.
• Assist in import/export processes, including shipping and customs docs.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, transport providers, regulatory authorities and internal teams.
• Support licensing and other documentation for international trade.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to process improvements.
