EID, a leading high-tech company in Portugal, is seeking a Logistics Administrator to support international trade operations. You will coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, manage import/export activities, and ensure compliance with customs and regulatory requirements.

The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and good communication with internal teams and external partners. Proficiency in MS Office and English is essential; SAP experience is a plus.

Qualificações

• Experience in logistics, administration or import/export operations.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Good communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and English.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics and ensure documentation flow.
• Manage import/export processes and validate shipping and customs documents.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, transport providers, authorities and stakeholders.
• Oversee licences and documentation related to international trade.
• Maintain accurate records and drive continuous process improvements.
