Spectris HBK division is seeking a senior Lean professional to define and drive Lean initiatives within the SBS framework. You will partner with stakeholders across departments and continents to deploy Strategy Deployment, lead Kaizen events, and sustain a high-performing Lean culture.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, data-driven improvements, and hands-on implementation of Visual Management and Obeya room practices, with global reporting responsibilities.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of documented Lean implementation experience.
• Experience running Kaizen events and delivering efficiency improvements.
• Ability to lead Lean initiatives across strategic, tactical and operational levels.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute Lean initiatives aligned with SBS/Lean focus.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate Lean into Strategy Deployment.
• Lead the SBS/Lean journey and influence global teams.
• Develop and sustain a Lean program around SQDIP.
• Manage and improve Obeya Room and Visual Management tools.
• Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and develop corrective actions.
• Communicate progress to SBS teams across Portugal and other HBK sites.
