SBM Offshore N.V. is seeking a senior Continuous Improvement Leader to drive enterprise-wide optimization initiatives across operations. You will identify bottlenecks, streamline processes, and raise performance through Lean tools, Kaizen, and A3 problem solving.

You will also manage an improvement portfolio, ensure alignment with plans, and promote a culture of lessons learned and performance-based change across global teams.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred, Black Belt is a plus.
• 8+ years of experience in continuous improvement, process optimization, or operations engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Lean tools and problem-solving (A3).
• Experience facilitating cross-functional teams and implementing operational excellence frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee creation and execution of continuous improvement strategies across all operational areas.
• Oversee the progression of the improvement initiatives portfolio with robust activity control and status visibility.
• Promote the use of problem-solving tools like A3 PDCA and Kaizen in the organization.
• Maintain and enhance the operations management system including KPIs and routines.
• Coordinate regional/local improvement portfolios and deploy change management plans for adoption.
