Keenfinity Group is seeking an Industrial Engineer to support manufacturing planning and production system redesigns. The role focuses on standardizing processes, improving productivity, and reducing total cost across lines.

You will collaborate on project quotations, participate in DFMA workshops, and drive continuous improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams. English proficiency required; experience with SAP is a plus.

Qualificações

• Master degree in Industrial Engineering.
• +7 years of experience.
• Experience with SAP preferred.
• Good understanding of Lean principles.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Supports manufacturing in planning and redesign of production systems and in manufacturing optimizations.
• Collaborates on quotations for new projects by defining product planning steps (assembly methods/sequence) and documenting them.
• Standardizes and optimizes existing manufacturing systems to increase productivity and reduce total cost.
• Performs time studies and manages time-related aspects for production lines.
• Calculates monthly line capacities based on STP quantities.
• Follows Ergonomics standards, ESD and 5S.
• Supports daily management and continuous improvement projects.
