Spectris in Porto/ Maia region seeks a Lean leader to define and execute initiatives within the SBS/Lean focus of HBK. You will define and implement continuous improvement into the Strategy Deployment process, collaborating with stakeholders across departments and with colleagues worldwide to advance the SBS.

You will lead Kaizen events, develop SQDIP-based programs, sustain an Obeya Room, and drive visual management.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of documented Lean implementation experience.
• Strong knowledge of SQDIP and applying Lean in manufacturing.
• Experience leading Kaizen events and delivering efficiency gains.
• Ability to lead without formal authority and motivate stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute Lean initiatives aligned with SBS/Lean for HBK.
• Plan and oversee strategic Lean projects and monitor progress.
• Develop and sustain a visual management environment (ObeyaRoom).
• Analyze data to identify inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.
• Report results to SBS team across multiple sites and levels.
