HBK - Hottinger Brüel & Kjær is seeking a Lean leader to define and execute strategic SBS/Lean initiatives across our organization. You will develop and implement the Lean program within the Strategy Deployment process and work closely with stakeholders in multiple departments.

You will join the global HBK SBS board, lead Kaizen events, sustain the Obeya Room, and drive continuous improvement using SQDIP and other Lean tools, reporting results to the SBS team worldwide.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of documented Lean implementation experience.
• Strong understanding of SQDIP and continuous improvement in manufacturing.
• Experience leading Kaizen events and driving efficiency improvements.
• Ability to lead by example and inspire stakeholders at all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute Lean initiatives aligned with SBS/Lean focus.
• Plan and schedule strategic project tasks with governance from the Project Board.
• Lead the SBS/Lean journey and develop Lean program around SQDIP.
• Sustain and improve an Obeya Room and implement Visual Management tools.
• Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with leaders to advance Lean culture and best-in-class practices.
• Report results to the SBS team across HBK sites globally.
