Boston Consulting Group in Lisboa is seeking an energetic Learning & Development (L&D) Operations coordinator to support the delivery of virtual, hybrid, and in-person learning events. You will execute defined delivery processes and ensure sessions run professionally and on time.

You’ll collaborate with global faculty, coordinators, vendors, and learners to manage logistics, attendance, and post-session follow-ups, providing real-time participant support with calm, service-minded professionalism.

Qualificações

• 1–3 years relevant experience in coordination, operations, or customer service.
• Fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Comfort using collaboration and virtual delivery tools (e.g., Zoom/Teams).
• Ability to work across time zones as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Support delivery of live learning sessions (virtual, hybrid, in-person)
• Prepare session logistics, materials, and communications
• Provide real-time participant support and troubleshoot common issues
• Coordinate with faculty/presenters on schedules and session readiness
• Complete session close-out tasks (attendance capture, feedback links, follow-ups)
• Escalate risks, issues, and exceptions promptly
