Boston Consulting Group is seeking a proactive Learning & Development Delivery Coordinator to support the smooth delivery of virtual, hybrid, and in-person learning events. You will execute defined processes, provide real-time learner support, and ensure sessions run professionally and on time.

You will collaborate with L&D Delivery Coordinators, faculty/presenters, vendors, and learners worldwide to ensure session readiness and a positive participant experience.

Qualificações

• 1–3 years of experience in coordination, operations, or customer service.
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Comfort using collaboration and virtual delivery tools (e.g., Zoom/Teams).
• Ability to work across time zones as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Support delivery of live learning sessions (virtual, hybrid, in-person)
• Prepare session logistics, materials, and communications
• Provide real-time participant support and troubleshoot common issues
• Coordinate with faculty/presenters on schedules and session readiness
• Complete session close-out tasks (attendance capture, feedback links, follow-ups)
• Escalate risks, issues, and exceptions promptly

What You'll Do

Our Global Learning & Development (L&D) Operations function is a key enabler of our firm’s success, ensuring learning programs are delivered with quality, consistency, and scalability across regions and cohorts.

You will support the smooth delivery of virtual, hybrid, and in-person learning events by executing defined delivery processes, providing real-time learner support, and ensuring sessions run professionally and on time.

Responsibilities
