KUKA Aktiengesellschaft is seeking a Knowledge Manager / Service Owner P&O Knowledge to lead global knowledge management initiatives across People & Organization.

You will define strategy, governance, and processes to turn dispersed knowledge into a trusted, accessible asset, partnering with P&O System Experts and IT to implement the “how” of technical solutions and drive adoption across the organization.

Qualificações

• Several years of experience in Knowledge Management, Organizational Development, or Process Excellence.
• Proven ability to design and implement knowledge management frameworks and governance.
• Strong understanding of information architecture, taxonomy, and content governance.
• Experience with AI-supported knowledge management solutions and change initiatives in global organizations.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Define and evolve the global P&O Knowledge Management strategy, framework, and operating model.
• Establish governance, standards, ownership, and accountability for knowledge across P&O functions.
• Define ownership models and responsibilities across P&O functions; manage knowledge lifecycle.
• Design scalable knowledge architecture, taxonomy, metadata and classification standards.
• Consolidate knowledge across locations into a governed structure; set documentation standards.
• Lead platforms: define requirements and priorities with IT and system experts; enable AI-powered discovery.
• Drive adoption through communication, change management, training and enablement; measure KPIs and drive improvements.
