team.blue is seeking a Business/Technical Analyst, Foundations & Knowledge Management to shape the knowledge foundation and its integrations. You will translate business needs into clear technical requirements, analyse data and systems, and help test and improve the solutions that feed AI customer care.

This hybrid role requires 3+ years in a similar hybrid position, strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, and experience with low-code workflows, APIs, and knowledge management

Qualificações

• 3+ years in a Business/Technical Analyst or similar hybrid role on tech or data projects.
• Strong ability to translate requirements into technical solutions and tests.
• Experience eliciting requirements, including user stories and workflows.
• Hands-on testing, validation and troubleshooting with data and systems.
• Comfort with low-code/workflow platforms and configuration changes.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Located near a European office for hybrid work.

Responsabilidades

• Gather and analyse knowledge management requirements across brands and translate to technical requirements.
• Analyse existing knowledge sources, data flows, systems to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Define and maintain the content model with the Foundation PM for downstream systems and AI care.
• Map knowledge sources and data flows; define information flow between systems.
• Translate requirements into user stories, processes and acceptance criteria with tech teams.
• Support implementation and configuration of knowledge workflows and integrations.
• Design and execute tests; troubleshoot issues to improve quality and performance.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to iterate improvements.
