Siemens is seeking a Test Manager to lead quality assurance across SiePortal workstreams, coordinating with solution teams, vendors, release management, and business stakeholders. You will ensure testing is strategically aligned, efficiently executed, and continuously improved in an international, collaborative environment.

You will drive transparency through reporting, manage test data, and guide end-to-end QA activities including IAT and UAT, while strengthening governance and quality

Qualificações

• Multiple years of IT project experience in roles such as Test Manager, QA Lead, or similar.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, QA processes, and defect management.
• Experience in agile software development environments.
• Familiarity with end-to-end application landscapes, integrations, and complex enterprise environments.
• Experience collaborating with distributed and international teams.
• Knowledge of ALM and modern testing tools is advantageous.
• Experience coordinating tests across multiple teams or vendors.
• Certifications such as ISTQB, PMP, Agile, Scrum, or similar are a plus.
• Interest in AI technologies and their impact on QA, productivity, and teamwork is welcome.

Responsabilidades

• Define and implement test strategies within assigned workstreams and demand packages.
• Create transparency on product quality and testing progress through reports and metrics.
• Serve as central test contact within the workstream.
• Monitor test execution and analyze results, driving improvements.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, processes, and governance.
• Coordinate testing across solution teams, vendors, and other workstreams.
• Support end-to-end QA activities including IAT and UAT.
• Identify risks and proactively drive mitigations.
• Foster knowledge transfer across teams and partners.
• Collaborate with Operations, Release Management, Development, and Business teams.
