The Bosch Group is seeking an experienced SAP Test Manager to lead enterprise-wide test governance, strategy, and automation initiatives for a large SAP transformation program in Aveiro. You will own end-to-end quality across digital core transformations, including data integrations and Fiori enablement.

You will define and drive the test automation strategy with Worksoft Certify, govern OpenText ALM, SAP Solution Manager, and Jira, and report KPI insights to executives.

Qualificações

• Extensive SAP Testing and QA experience.
• Several years in Test Management or Governance roles.
• Involvement in full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations or conversions.
• Experience in global, distributed environments.

Responsabilidades

• Define enterprise-wide SAP test strategy for ECC & S/4 HANA including cross-system integrations.
• Lead end-to-end transformation test management (SIT, UAT, regression, performance).
• Govern and optimize ALM tools (OT ALM, SolMan, Jira) and ensure traceability.
• Provide Steering Committee-level quality insights and KPI dashboards.
