Consort Group in Lisbon is seeking a Test Manager to lead end-to-end testing across multiple projects within a hybrid setup. You will coordinate stakeholders, design test strategies, and ensure delivery of high-quality software following defined SDLC and testing methodologies.

The role requires expertise in test management, planning, design, UAT, defect governance, and strong communication skills in a structured, multi-project environment; banking or insurance apps are a plus.

Qualificações

• Experience managing software testing projects in structured environments.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, budgets and planning.
• Strong focus on delivering high-quality software through structured testing.
