FairJourney Biologics, Porto-based CRO, is seeking a Treasury Analyst to support daily cash and payment operations across multiple entities. The role focuses on payment execution, expense platform management, cash monitoring, and banking activities.

The candidate will ensure liquidity availability, process a high volume of payments, and handle urgent requests in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong internal controls and segregation of duties within Treasury.

Qualificações

• +3 years hands-on experience in payment processing, cash operations, and banking activities.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite) and bank portals is highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor daily cash balances and bank accounts across entities.
• Execute and control high-volume payments including suppliers, payroll, taxes and intercompany transfers.
• Ensure timely payment execution and proper cut-offs.
• Process payments across multiple banking platforms and investigate rejections.
• Prepare liquidity forecasts and support short-term cash management.
