DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in Lisbon, Portugal, seeks an IT Crisis Management & Resilience Manager to lead the implementation and operation of crisis readiness on a global scale. You will collaborate with IT management across regions, supporting crisis readiness and response measures and developing exercises to strengthen resilience.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Security Studies, Business Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, and improve IT Crisis Response Plans, response procedures, escalation criteria, and interfaces with Major Incident Management.
• Establish and manage IT crisis on-call and roster plans to ensure continuous coverage and effective response readiness.
• Own and enhance the IT CMT toolbox, including crisis management tools, contact lists, collaboration platforms, and supporting resources.
• Plan, facilitate, and evaluate regular crisis management exercises (tabletops and drills) to validate response capabilities and drive improvement.
• Ensure IT CMT members are trained and prepared to respond effectively during crisis situations.
• Activate and deactivate the IT Crisis Management Team per established procedures.
• Manage crisis coordination activities, including response logging, information triage, and routing of critical information.
• Collect, consolidate, and analyze information to produce situational reports for leadership.
• Continuously monitor the situation, assess impacts and risks, and support timely response and containment actions.

Formação académica

Bachelor's degree or higher in IT/CS/Engineering/Security Studies/Business Management or related field
