DSV – Global Transport and Logistics procura um líder de Gestão de Crises de TI para impulsionar a prontidão, resposta e resiliência num contexto global. A pessoa selecionada coordenará com equipas globais, regionais e locais, implementando planos de crise e exercícios regulares.

O papel envolve governança de crises, coordenação de informação e melhoria contínua, com foco em disponibilidade dos serviços, gestão de incidentes e comunicação eficaz com as partes interessadas.

Qualificações

• Experiência prática em Gestão de Crises, BCM ou ITSCM e Resposta a Incidentes.
• Capacidade de desenhar, facilitar e avaliar exercícios de gestão de crises.
• Boa governação de crises, escalonamento e coordenação operacional.

Responsabilidades

• Desenvolver e manter planos de resposta a crises de TI e procedimentos de escalonamento.
• Gerir rotas e equipes de alerta para cobertura contínua e prontidão de resposta.
• Aprimorar o conjunto de ferramentas de CMT, listas de contactos e plataformas de colaboração.
• Planejar e avaliar exercícios de gestão de crises, incluindo tabletop e drills de alerta.
• Assegurar que membros do IT CMT estão treinados e prontos para atuar.

Take charge and make a significant impact on the implementation and operation of our IT crisis management capabilities on a global scale. As our Group IT Crisis Management & Resilience Manager – Focus Crisis Response (*), located in Lisbon, Portugal, you will be a driving force behind our IT crisis management framework. You will collaborate closely with global, regional and local IT management, supporting the implementation of crisis readiness and response measures. In addition, you will develop, facilitate, and evaluate crisis management exercises to continuously strengthen our crisis resilience posture.

Key Responsibilities

Crisis Preparedness (Normal Operations)

• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the IT Crisis Response Plans, response procedures, escalation criteria, and interfaces to related functions such as Major Incident Management
• Establish and manage IT crisis on-call and roster plans to ensure continuous coverage and effective response readiness
• Own and continuously enhance the IT CMT toolbox, ensuring that all crisis management tools, contact lists, collaboration platforms, and supporting resources remain current and operational
• Plan, facilitate, and evaluate regular crisis management exercises, including tabletop exercises and alert drills, to validate response capabilities and drive continuous improvement
• Ensure IT CMT members are trained, prepared, and capable of responding effectively during crisis situations

Crisis Response (Crisis Situations)

• Activate and deactivate the IT Crisis Management Team in accordance with established procedures
• Manage crisis coordination activities, including response logging, information triage, and the routing of critical information to appropriate stakeholders
• Collect, consolidate, and analyze information from multiple teams to produce situational reports for leadership and key stakeholders
• Continuously monitor the situation, assess impacts and risks, and support timely response and containment actions

The Skillset You Bring

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Security Studies, Business Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Several years of hands‑on experience in Crisis Management, Business Continuity Management (BCM), IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM), or Cyber Incident Response Management.
• Expert knowledge and proven experience in crisis prevention, preparedness, communication, coordination, and response.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing, facilitating, and evaluating crisis management exercises, including tabletop and simulation-based formats.
• Strong understanding of crisis governance, escalation management, and operational response coordination.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and provide clear situational reporting.
• A structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach, enabling effective decision-making in complex and high-pressure situations.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders during both preparedness and response activities.
