Hexa People is seeking an IT compliance specialist to drive internal control activities across a global framework. You will assess IT risks, test control design and operating effectiveness, and lead remediation initiatives with key stakeholders and audit teams.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in IT audit or compliance, strong ITGC knowledge, familiarity with security frameworks, and credentials such as CISA or CISM are advantageous.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT audit, compliance, or internal control.
• Solid foundation in Information Systems and Technology or technology consulting.
• CISA or CISM credentials are advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Conduct IT internal control activities, including design and operating effectiveness testing.
• Coordinate with process and application owners to evaluate control gaps and remediation actions.
• Organize follow-up meetings and steering committees; track corrective actions and share knowledge.
