Adecco Recruitment is seeking a Global IT Internal Control Specialist for an international client based in Porto. The role focuses on strengthening IT control frameworks and ensuring compliance across the HQ scope.

You will design and execute ITGC tests, assess control effectiveness, and coordinate with IT stakeholders to implement robust action plans. Strong communication, analytical skills and a proactive, autonomous approach are essential.

Qualificações

• Relevant experience in IT compliance, risk management, IT audit, or IT internal control.
• Experience identifying control gaps and testing controls to Management/Client.
• Strong knowledge of IT General Controls and security controls.
• IS&T background with business knowledge; IT consultant background considered.
• CISA or CISM certification is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct internal control activities for the HQ scope and oversight the IT control framework.
• Perform design testing on the scoped controls and applications.
• Assess the controls operating effectiveness through testing.
• Coordinate with IT Process Owners, IT Application Owners and Service Owners to ensure all compliance and control activities are aligned.
• Execute an impact analysis in case of deficiencies and assist the client's team with action plans.
• Organize weekly follow-up meetings and steering committees with stakeholders.
• Monitor and support the implementation of the controls and action plans.
• Provide internal control training and support to peers and stakeholders to ensure they maintain IT controls.
