Syone is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge multiple business areas. You will coordinate closing calendars, monitor data production, and provide 1st-level user support while managing documentation and operational controls.

The role includes assisting project management tasks, defining test plans, and validating results. Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Office apps is required; English C1 is essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant area.
• Mandatory: experience as business/functional analyst in administration & support.
• Mandatory: test plan definition, execution and validation.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Proficiency in Power BI.
• Knowledge of SAS Enterprise Guide, JIRA and Agile is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Previous banking experience is a plus.

The business analyst is an interlocutor between several areas of the business.

Administration & support

Closing calendar coordination;

Data production monitoring and control;

Provide support to LS team on project management related tasks;

Test plan definition, execution and validation;

Documentation management (validation statement, release note, data model, etc.);

Operational permanent controls execution.

Qualifications and Technical Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, IT, Accounting, Finance or other relevant area;

Relevant professional experience as a business analyst / functional analyst (administration & support) ismandatory;

Relevant professional experience in test plan definition, execution and validation ismandatory;

Proficiency in SQL ismandatory;

Proficiency in Power BI ismandatory;

Knowledge of SAS Enterprise Guide is a plus;

Knowledge of JIRA is a plus;

Knowledge of Agile methodology is a plus;

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word);

Previous banking experience is a plus.

Language Skills:
