ISS Tech Team in Porto, Portugal, is seeking an IT Senior Application Specialist to own and operate the global SaaS platform, ensuring security, compliance, and reliable performance across functions.

You will lead platform configuration, integrations, data governance, and change control, collaborating with internal IT teams and vendors. This hybrid role offers a permanent contract, private health insurance, 22 days leave plus 3 company days, and a modern Porto office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing SaaS platforms in a global enterprise.
• Experience with IAM, audit logging, and data integration.
• Strong communication across regions and teams.

Responsabilités

• Own and administer the global SaaS platform securely.
• Subject matter expert on platform configuration and data model.
• Manage configuration and optimisation for regulatory needs.
• Custodian of the tech ecosystem including integrations.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance.
• Coordinate releases, upgrades, testing, and changes with stakeholders.
• Monitor performance, incidents, and service levels; provide Level 2 support.
• Manage vendor relationships and delivery on roadmap.
• Drive process standardisation and automation across the business.
