Siemens Energy in Portugal is seeking a Civil Site Engineer to oversee civil construction on large-scale power projects. You will coordinate with subcontractors, customers, and stakeholders to ensure safe, high-quality, on-time delivery within budget.

This role requires travel to various sites and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams. We value a university degree in civil engineering, 3+ years on-site experience, and fluency in English and German.

Qualificações

• University degree in civil engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years on-site experience; leading position is a plus.
• Experience in complex industrial projects, preferably power/energy.
• Strong knowledge of EHS policies and site safety practices.
• Fluent English and German required, with good communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee defined civil works scope ensuring safe execution and quality.
• Coordinate with civil team and report to Civil Site Manager.
• Supervise subcontractors with site inspections, meetings, progress tracking, and quality oversight.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and Zero Harm initiatives.
• Verify site progress measurements using standard tools with Contractors and consortium partners.
