Job summary

Airbus Portugal SA is seeking a Control Assessment Specialist to review the record-to-report processes, systems and policies, advising on risk minimization and delivering improvements.

The role focuses on risk assessments, 2nd level testing, reporting issues, ensuring policy compliance, and supporting the Compliance organization in an international environment. A hybrid workplace at Parque das Nações is offered.

Qualifications

• Master degree level in Finance/Management or related discipline or graduated from a Business School (or equivalent).
• Analytical thinking with ability to synthesize information.
• Rigorous with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills, customer oriented and able to work in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Review record-to-report department processes, systems and policies to minimize risk and drive improvements.
• Conduct risk assessments and 2nd level testing on 1st Level Controls.
• Report risk management issues and internal controls deficiencies with recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures and propose modifications as needed.
• Support Compliance organization and engage in staff development on best practices.
