Job summary

Airbus Portugal SA is seeking a Control Assessment Specialist for Airbus GBS. You will review the record-to-report processes, systems, and policies, providing recommendations to minimize risk and drive improvements through coaching and facilitation.

The role requires Masters level study in Finance/Management or related discipline, with 1–2 years in internal audit. Strong communication and teamwork in an international environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance/Management or related discipline.
• Graduated from a Business School (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments.
• Perform 2nd level testing on 1st Level Controls.
• Report risk management issues and internal control deficiencies with recommendations.
• Evaluate compliance with existing policies and procedures, proposing modifications as needed.
• Identify strengths and weaknesses and promote best practices through staff development.
• Review audit responses to ensure recommendations are implemented and actions resolved.
• Support the Compliance organization.
