Job summary

Airbus Portugal SA invites a Professional to join the Risk and Compliance Systems team within Finance, focusing on SAP authorizations across 70 legal entities. The role blends IT security with business compliance, operating in a hybrid Lisbon office environment.

English proficiency and SAP expertise are essential for continuous risk assessment and access governance. You will collaborate with Central IT and business stakeholders to ensure secure access, support audits, and contribute to ITGC

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, Engineering or Management.
• At least 2 years of experience with SAP Authorizations.
• Knowledge of SAP landscape, modules, and integration.
• Knowledge of SAP data flows and SoD concepts.
• Experience in Finance systems deployment projects.
• Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow is a plus.
• Proficiency in English (B2 level) written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage SAP user access and authorizations across 70 entities and multiple countries.
• Conduct regular assessments of user access rights and mitigate risks.
• Maintain SAP authorization profiles and roles per standards.
• Monitor and troubleshoot SAP authorization issues and provide end-user support.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams on role design to meet security needs.
• Support SAP security audits and compliance reviews.
• Document security incidents and investigations.
• Develop and deliver user training on SAP security policies.
• Assist IT General Controls implementation regarding authorizations and SoD.
