Bruker is seeking an HRIT Analyst to support the operation, maintenance and continuous improvement of our global HR technology landscape, primarily SAP SuccessFactors and iCIMS. The role involves incident handling, configuration, testing, data imports and enhancements with collaboration across HR, IT and external vendors.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IS, Business Admin, IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR systems, HRIS, SAP SuccessFactors or comparable enterprise applications.
• Experience in system support, configuration, testing, data imports and enhancement delivery.
• Good understanding of HR data structures and lifecycle processes.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with root-cause analysis.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate activities across HR, IT and vendors.
• Strong service orientation, documentation and stakeholder management.
• Fluent in English; German is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of GDPR and HR data privacy requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Tier-2 support for HR systems and coordinate resolutions with HR, IT and vendors.
• Configure and maintain workflows, permissions, reference data and foundation objects.
• Manage enhancements from requirements to deployment and stabilization.
• Translate HR requirements into standardized technology solutions with process owners.
• Identify opportunities to automate activities and reduce manual work.
• Support data imports, mass updates, data quality controls and integrations.
• Coordinate testing, release readiness and operational support for HR processes.
• Maintain documentation and coordinate project work packages with vendors.
