Bruker Porto is seeking an HRIT Analyst (m/f/d) to provide Tier-2 support for HR systems and configure HR modules. You will work with HR, IT and external vendors to implement changes, ensure data quality and automate workflows.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3–5 years' HRIS experience, with strong analytical skills and English fluency. German is advantageous. This on-site role offers career growth in a global analytics company.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, IT or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR systems / HRIS experience.
• Practical experience in system support, configuration, testing, data imports.
• Good understanding of HR data structures and processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate across HR, IT and vendors.
• Fluent English; German would be an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Tier-2 support for HR systems and coordinate incident resolution.
• Configure workflows, permissions, data objects, and reference data.
• Manage enhancements from requirements through testing, deployment and stabilization.
• Collaborate with HR functions to translate needs into tech solutions.
• Identify automation opportunities and improve self-service and data quality.
• Support data imports, mass updates, and integrations monitoring.
• Coordinate testing, release readiness and ongoing support for HR processes.
• Maintain documentation and coordinate vendor activities.
