Bruker, based in Porto, is seeking an HRIT Analyst to support the operation, maintenance and continuous improvement of Bruker’s HR technology landscape, focusing on SAP SuccessFactors and related HR applications. You will translate HR requirements into scalable technology solutions and align with IT and HR partners.

In this role you will help simplify HR processes by reducing manual work, ensuring data quality, and coordinating system enhancements, testing and releases across a global HR

Qualificações

• Approximately 3–5 years of experience in HR systems, HRIS, SAP SuccessFactors or comparable enterprise applications.
• Practical experience in system support, configuration, testing, data imports and enhancement delivery.
• Good understanding of HR data structures and HR operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify root causes and propose sustainable solutions.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate activities across HR, IT and external vendors.
• Fluency in English; German language skills are a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of GDPR and HR data privacy requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Provide functional Tier-2 support for assigned HR systems, investigate incidents and coordinate resolution with HR, IT and external vendors.
• Configure and maintain workflow, business rules, permissions, foundation objects, picklists and reference data.
• Manage assigned system enhancements from requirement clarification through testing and deployment.
• Partner with HR functions to translate operational needs into standardized technology solutions.
• Identify opportunities to automate activities, improve self-service and reduce manual corrections.
• Support data imports, mass updates, data-quality controls and monitoring of integrations.
• Coordinate testing, release-readiness and operational support for HR processes and system releases.
• Maintain system and process documentation and coordinate project work packages.
