A leading HR consultancy in Porto is seeking an HRIS Time & Workforce Management Functional Manager to lead the design and optimization of time tracking processes. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of HRIS experience, particularly with SAP SuccessFactors, and a strong background in project management. Responsibilities include managing KPIs, supporting change initiatives, and acting as the main contact for stakeholders. This role offers career growth and exposure to international projects in a dynamic environment.

Qualificações

• 5 years of experience in HRIS, especially in Payroll or Core HR.
• Experience in HRIS implementation projects, in consulting or in-house.
• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design and optimization of time tracking processes.
• Monitor KPIs and dashboards for performance.
• Support Change/Business Readiness initiatives with training.
• Act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for stakeholders.
