Job summary

Unilabs, a leading medical diagnostics company, is seeking an HRIS Specialist to join our Global HRIS Team in Porto. You’ll support Oracle HCM Cloud, collaborate across markets and help drive system improvements that empower HR across the organization.

You will investigate incidents, assist with testing, ensure data quality, and contribute to enhancements. The role requires a solid HRIS foundation, strong analytical skills, excellent English communication, and a proactive mindset to learn, take

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/IT/Business or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in HRIS, HR technology or similar.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud in global/multi-country settings.
• Good understanding of HR processes, data quality and system support.
• Experience testing, UAT, regression testing or system enhancements.
• Familiarity with HR data management, reporting and controls.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• HRIS Operations & Support: Investigate incidents and resolve Oracle HCM issues.
• Service Delivery: Collaborate with HR, IT and external partners for issue resolution.
• System Improvements & Testing: Contribute to releases and testing.
• Data Quality & Reporting: Support HR data validation and reporting activities.
• Process Optimization: Identify ways to simplify processes and standardize work.
• Knowledge Sharing: Maintain docs and support colleagues across countries.
