Air Liquide Europe Business Services (ALEBS) is seeking a Deputy GPO HR Process Transformation & Standardization to guide the long-term maturity of the global HR services footprint. You will anchor the strategic roadmap across Europe, India, and South America, driving standardization and enhanced governance with a focus on global process design.

Based in Lisbon, Portugal, the role requires 10+ years in HR/GBS and fluent English, with travel flexibility to engage regional stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in HR/GBS/Shared Services.
• At least 5 years in a transversal leadership role focused on global process design, roadmap execution and continuous improvement.
• Experience in international GBS environments and operating models.
• Strong governance, process mapping, lean methodologies, root-cause analysis and waste elimination.
• Fluency in English; willingness for occasional international travel.

Responsabilidades

• Own and execute a multi-year roadmap centered on process simplification and organizational maturity.
• Bridge high-level vision and operational execution across international hubs.
• Foster best-practice sharing between regions and embed global governance.
• Lead cross-border hand-offs and evaluate automation tools (RPA/AI) to improve efficiency.
• Partner with HR, Finance and IT to configure systems like Workday for global process designs.
