Air Liquide Europe Business Services (ALEBS) in Lisbon is seeking an HR Payroll Team Lead to bridge centralized operations with regional stakeholders in the Benelux market. You will lead the payroll service, mentor the team, and drive continuous Process improvements across HR services.

The role requires a strong payroll background within a SSC, exceptional communication, and the ability to navigate a multinational environment with empathy and strategic influence.

Qualificações

• Degree in HR, Social Sciences, or related field.
• Significant payroll experience in a Shared Services Center.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Payroll Services Team and drive continuous process improvement.
• Coordinate with Benelux stakeholders and Works Councils.
• Ensure adherence to policies and payroll procedures across the region.
• Provide root cause analysis during escalations and support Payroll Specialists.
• Foster collaboration, manage regional HR projects and change initiatives.
