Air Liquide, Lisbon, seeks an HR Payroll Services Team Lead to drive the HR transformation within the GBS hub. You will bridge centralized payroll with regional stakeholders, ensuring trusted service delivery and continuous improvement across payroll operations.

You will lead with empathy, manage complex queries, and coordinate cross-functional teams, overseeing projects and ensuring compliant, timely payroll performance.

Qualificações

• Degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, or related field with strong HR experience.
• Experience in Payroll and Shared Services Centers.
• Ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity.

Responsabilidades

• Represent the GBS hub in Works Councils and related stakeholder meetings.
• Manage relationships across the Benelux region, aligning local expectations with GBS delivery.
• Collaborate with local HR teams and centralized payroll specialists to ensure operational alignment.
• Lead payroll transformation initiatives with robust project management methodologies.
• Coach the Payroll Team and handle sensitive employee queries with care and professionalism.
