WorkMotion is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to support the employment lifecycle across Europe in a remote-first environment. You will handle onboarding, employee queries, and ensure compliance while coordinating with colleagues in a truly international setting.

Fluency in English and German is required, and you will collaborate with Legal, Payroll, Finance, and external partners to deliver a compliant, efficient employee experience across countries.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in HR Operations or similar.
• Experience with cross-country employment and compliance.
• Strong problem-solving and project management.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and employee lifecycle activities across multiple European countries.
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and internal processes.
• Resolve HR queries with timely, accurate responses.
• Collaborate with Legal, Payroll, Finance, Product, and external partners.
