Maersk in Lisbon seeks a People Operations Senior Advisor to join the Global Operations Team. You will support HR processes, change management, and employee queries, delivering an outstanding employee experience.

You will work with Workday and HR systems, ensuring data quality and smooth onboarding/offboarding, with a focus on service delivery and policy guidance. English proficiency is required.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of experience in HR operations.
• Degree in Human Resources or related field is a strong advantage.
• Experience with HR systems like Workday is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage conflict with attention to detail.
• Proactive in identifying needs and collaborating with HR colleagues.
• Ability to take initiative and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working in a virtual team and with English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure compliance with HR procedures, practices, policies, systems, and HQ regulations.
• Respond to HR queries via online platforms such as Workday and chat.
• Support training and change management initiatives.
• Manage case resolution from opening to closure, including escalation as needed.
• Guide employees and managers in using self-service tools like Workday and HR systems.
• Maintain HR data quality and perform transactions in HR systems.
• Prepare and manage HR documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Execute system updates, including form uploads and changes.
• Provide administrative support requiring face-to-face interaction when needed.
• Offer general HR support across the employee lifecycle and policy guidance.
• Analyze feedback from employees and HR users to improve the employee experience.
