Emotion Mobility in Lisbon is seeking a Head of HR to lead a 150-person team across Portugal, the Netherlands, India, and UAE. You will report to the CEO and build a unified HR function that ensures compliant, scalable practices in each market.

You will design multi-market compensation and grading, oversee payroll and employee data governance under GDPR, develop local HR teams in Lisbon and India, and act as a strategic partner to executives on organizational design and workforce planning.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience including 2+ years leading multi-country HR.
• Strong knowledge of Portuguese labor law and ability to operate across other jurisdictions.
• Hands-on experience with multi-market compensation, grading, payroll, and GDPR HR data governance.
• Proven track record building and leading remote HR teams across countries.
• Strategic partner to executive leadership on organizational design and workforce strategy.
