ICEYE in Lisbon seeks a Senior People Generalist to lead local HR operations and employee experience for its Portugal sites, including the Center of Excellence and manufacturing teams.

You will tailor global HR frameworks, manage payroll data integrity, onboarding, and supplier HR providers, while engaging with leadership to ensure compliant, scalable processes that fit local legal standards and ICEYE culture.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience in talent acquisition and HR generalist roles.
• Strong knowledge of Portuguese labour law and local benefits.
• Hands-on contract management and onboarding experience.
• Experience hiring technical/engineering and manufacturing profiles.
• Analytical with high emotional intelligence for sensitive employee relations.
• Proficient in HRIS and data-driven payroll auditing.
• Excellent Portuguese and English communication; capable of bridging global/local needs.

Responsabilidades

• Be the face of People Operations for ICEYE in Portugal and own local HR operations.
• Serve as primary contact for benefits, policies and lifecycle events with timely responses.
• Manage local payroll data auditing and HRIS records.
• Oversee relationships with third-party HR providers and onboarding/off-boarding processes.
• Tailor global frameworks to fit the Center of Excellence and factory population.
• Act as liaison between CEO and Global HR for complex issues.
