Job summary

Bruker is seeking a Project Manager HR Digital Transformation (m/f/d) for the Global Business Services Center in Porto, Portugal. You will lead cross-functional HR digital initiatives, coordinating SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, and SAP Analytics Cloud implementations to drive standardization and scalable HR technologies.

The role requires managing governance, data privacy, and change management while collaborating with HR, HRIT, IT, Finance, and business stakeholders across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, information systems, economics, or related field.
• Experience with global HR systems and digital transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of HR processes, governance models, and enterprise operations.
• Experience working in international and matrix organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead global HR digital transformation projects from planning through implementation and stabilization.

• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, status reports, and presentations.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and mitigation activities.

The Project Manager HR Digital Transformation (m/f/d) supports the execution of the global HR Digital Transformation strategy by leading cross-functional projects, driving process standardization, and implementing scalable HR technologies across the enterprise. The role acts as a key liaison between HR, HRIT, IT, Finance, and business stakeholders to deliver operational excellence, governance, and sustainable business value through digital innovation.

Responsibilities

• Lead global HR digital transformation projects from planning through implementation and stabilization.
• Support execution of the corporate HR Digital Transformation roadmap and strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate implementation and enhancement activities across HR technologies, including SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, SAP Analytics Cloud, and related platforms.
• Develop project plans, business cases, timelines, budgets, status reports, and presentations.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and mitigation activities.
• Coordinate stakeholders across HR, HRIT, IT, Finance, Compliance, Legal, and business functions.
• Support HR technology governance, data governance, and process governance initiatives.
• Drive HR process harmonization, simplification, and automation opportunities.
• Contribute to HR analytics and reporting initiatives, including KPI and dashboard development.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Support change management, communication, training, and user adoption activities.
• Prepare steering committee materials and management decision proposals.
• Promote best practices in project management, process excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Act as a change champion for HR digitalization and organizational transformation programs.

Qualifications
