HN Services Portugal is hiring an Investment Fund Services Officer to join our international operations team supporting the end-to-end lifecycle of investment fund activities.

You will perform reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, process corporate actions, and produce reports for stakeholders. The role requires strong Excel skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualificações

• Experience in Fund Operations, Asset Management, Securities Services, Custody, or Financial Operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience working with reconciliations and operational controls.
• Knowledge of Corporate Actions and investment fund lifecycle is highly valued.
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced international environment.

Responsabilidades

• Perform daily reconciliations between internal accounting systems and custodians.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies to ensure data accuracy.
• Process and monitor Corporate Actions within the operational systems.
• Support standardized operational processes including transactions, settlements, reconciliations, and tax-related activities.
• Prepare operational reports for internal stakeholders and clients.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of fund operations.
• Contribute to process efficiency and operational excellence.
