AXCO in Lisbon is seeking an Investment Fund Services Officer to join an international team. You will support daily fund operations, perform reconciliations, and monitor corporate actions with accuracy and timeliness.

The role suits detail-oriented professionals with strong Excel skills, fluent English, and a proactive mindset. You will collaborate across departments, contribute to process improvements, and grow within a collaborative international environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Experience in financial operations, investment funds, reconciliations, or similar environment is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and proficiency in Outlook.
• Fluent English with high attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Support the execution and monitoring of daily investment fund operations, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and service standards.
• Perform reconciliations between internal systems and external counterparties, investigating and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Process and monitor Corporate Actions, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
• Prepare operational reports and provide support to internal stakeholders when required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient operational processes.
• Contribute to process improvements and maintain high levels of accuracy and quality across daily activities.
