Apex Group in Lisbon, Portugal, seeks a Senior Manager to lead fund operations for Portuguese and international funds, ensuring regulatory compliance and strong client relationships.

Role requires experience with Portuguese fund structures (FCRs), CMVM regulations, investor onboarding, AML/KYC, and cross-jurisdictional fund operations. Hybrid work model and private health insurance are offered.

Qualificações

• Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Law, or related field.
• Experience working within a regulated management company, fund administrator, AIFM, or financial services provider.
• Experience servicing FCRs and/or Portuguese regulated investment vehicles.
• Strong knowledge of Portuguese GAAP (SNC) and financial statements for regulated entities.
• Knowledge of CMVM regulations and reporting requirements.
• Experience managing Investor AML/KYC frameworks and onboarding.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day fund administration for private equity, venture capital, real estate, and other funds.
• Ensure regulatory filings are timely and compliant with CMVM and other authorities.
• Oversee Investor AML/KYC onboarding and high-risk case reviews.
