Apex Group Ltd seeks a Senior Manager to lead fund operations and regulatory services for Portuguese and international funds. You will oversee day-to-day fund administration, ensure CMVM compliance, and manage key client relationships to deliver service excellence.

Strong knowledge of Portuguese GAAP (SNC), CMVM rules, AML/KYC onboarding, and experience with FCRs is essential. Fluent English and Portuguese are required, with a track record in regulated financial services.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, law, or related field.
• Experience in a regulated management company, fund administrator, AIFM, or financial services provider.
• Experience servicing FCRs and Portuguese regulated investment vehicles.
• Knowledge of CMVM regulations and reporting requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead delivery of fund operations for Portuguese and international funds.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and CMVM reporting.
• Manage client relationships and drive service excellence.
• Oversee onboarding and investor AML/KYC processes.
