QIMA is seeking an experienced Finance Transformation Delivery Lead to translate our FY27 change agenda into measurable deliveries. You will oversee a portfolio of finance transformation programmes across Europe, Brazil, the Philippines and other group locations, ensuring integrated plans and active dependency management.

You will lead the finance integration journey from Day 1 readiness to stable handover, coordinating country finance teams, vendors and an offshore build team.

Competenze

• Extensive experience leading complex finance transformation and ERP programs.
• Proven ability to manage multiple acquisitions and integrations.
• Strong planning, dependency management and governance discipline.

Mansioni

• Lead the integrated delivery plan across FY27 finance transformation programmes.
• Own acquisition integrations from Day 1 readiness through handover.
• Build trusted relationships with country finance teams, vendors and leaders.
• Develop the delivery team, governance rhythm and reusable templates.
• Drive readiness, go-live and handover with clear evidence and sign-off.
