Job summary

Qima is seeking an experienced Finance Transformation Delivery Lead to translate the FY27 agenda into measurable, well-controlled delivery across Europe, Brazil and the Philippines. The role reports to the Director, Finance Transformation and focuses on integration with acquisitions and NetSuite.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading large-scale finance transformation programmes.
Strong programme governance, RAID, and controls.
Experience with acquisitions integration and ERP migrations (NetSuite).
Stakeholder management across multinational teams and vendors.
Excellent communication with senior leadership and run-the-business teams.

Responsibilities

Own the single integrated plan across FY27 finance transformation programmes; set priorities and manage dependencies.
Lead finance integration plans for acquisitions from Day 1 readiness to handover.
Maintain portfolio RAID, identify slippage, drive recovery within tolerances, and report to Director.
Build trusted relationships with country finance teams, vendors and function owners.
Develop and mentor project managers; establish a consistent delivery method and templates.
Coordinate evidence for go/no-go decisions and ensure complete handover packs.
