Job summary

Quion is expanding its international IT Change team and seeks an Application Specialist Finance to join our Porto office. You will support and enhance finance-related applications, ensuring stability, reliability, and business alignment.

You will collaborate with Product Owners, Finance stakeholders, BAs, Developers and IT Operations to deliver high‑quality services. In this role you translate business needs into structured requirements, contribute to incident/change management, and drive

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, business informatics, finance or related field.
3–5 years in ICT, application management or project/change environments.
Experience with application configuration and operational support.
Knowledge of requirements management, gap analysis and impact assessment.
Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and documentation.
Experience with Incident, Change and Problem Management and Agile methods.

Responsibilities

Support and maintain finance-related applications and services.
Ensure application stability, reliability and business alignment.
Implement new functionalities and ongoing improvements.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Finance stakeholders, BA, Developers and IT Ops.
Support service delivery across Porto and the Netherlands.
